ANNULERING EN HERROEPINGSRECHT

U heeft het recht om binnen een termijn van veertien dagen zonder opgave van redenen de overeenkomst te herroepen. Dit betreft niet artikelen die zijn afgeprijsd.  Als een product niet aan uw verwachtingen voldoen en u deze wilt retourneren, dan dient u het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en in originele en goede staat aan ons te retourneren.

Afgeprijsde artikelen kunnen niet geretourneerd worden voor een terugbetaling, winkeltegoed of omruiling voor een ander artikel. Dit geldt voor alle artikelen die zijn afgeprijsd tijdens een sale.

Bestellingen die geplaatst zijn met een winkeltegoed kunnen het aankoopbedrag alleen als winkeltegoed retour krijgen.

De herroepingstermijn verstrijkt veertien dagen na de dag waarop u of een door u aangewezen derde, die niet de vervoerder is, het goed fysiek in bezit krijgt. U dient de goederen onverwijld na de dag waarop u het besluit de overeenkomst te herroepen aan ons heeft medegedeeld, aan ons terug te zenden of te overhandigen. U bent op tijd als u de goederen terugstuurt voordat de termijn van veertien dagen is verstreken.

Om het herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, moet u ons per mail op de hoogte stellen. U kunt een e-mail sturen naar: info@aiserose.com . Vermeld hierbij duidelijk uw naam en ordernummer. Uw order annulering zal per e-mail aan u bevestigd worden.

Vermeld hierbij uw ordernummer en eventuele reden van retourneren. De kosten voor de retourzending zijn voor de klant.

CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. This does not include items that are discounted. If a product does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, you must return the product to us with all accessories supplied and in its original and good condition.

Discounted items cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange for another item. This applies to all items that are discounted during a sale.

Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded as store credit.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay after the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email. You can send an email to: info@aiserose.com . Please clearly state your name and order number. Your order cancellation will be confirmed to you by email.

Please state your order number and any reason for return. The costs for the return shipment are for the customer.
